Overview

As an Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you will manage a book of business and work directly with clients to deliver the world-class customer service Gallagher is known for. Your responsibilities include guiding clients through policy renewals, handling policy changes, and resolving billing issues.

Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) - We enjoy the benefits of remote work while also collaborating in our Sault Ste. Marie office in Ontario.

How You'll Make An Impact
  1. Supporting a designated portfolio of clients, focusing on business retention and relationship building.
  2. Analyzing accounts at renewal, placing coverage, re-marketing, and adhering to carrier binding authority.
  3. Responding promptly to client inquiries to ensure quick turnaround times.
  4. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working with Account Executives to bind clients.
  5. Staying updated on insurance products and policy changes to provide expert advice.
About You
  • Minimum 4+ years of Personal Lines Account Management experience, preferably in a brokerage.
  • RIBO licensing in good standing is mandatory.
  • Willingness to pursue relevant certifications (CIP, CAIB, CRM, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SIG and/or EPIC is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
