Position: Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker

This role is fully remote within our Insurance team, reporting to the VP, RH Insurance. You will join a dynamic, client-focused team of brokers, motivated by sales targets, thriving in a fast-paced environment, eager to grow with our expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage leads and provide timely quotes to prospective clients.
  2. Generate new business through existing networks and leads.
  3. Build trust and understand customer needs quickly, with strong closing skills to meet sales targets.
  4. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer value.
  5. Recommend and explain coverage options based on individual needs.
  6. Adhere to underwriting criteria set by broker partners.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO licensed with 1+ year of personal lines insurance brokerage sales experience.
  • Highly sales-driven with proven results.
  • Independent, ambitious, and competitive.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
