We have an opening for an Account Manager in our Cambridge office. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

*This role offers a Base Salary plus Commission.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently
• Update and maintain customer records accurately

• Experience with Power Broker and Applied Rating systems is an asset
