Horizon Recruitment Inc is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst to support reporting and decision-making for a major supply chain project involving significant change and process improvements.

You will collaborate closely with project and supply chain teams to support an Oracle implementation, playing a key role in impacting strategic and operational decisions.

Contract Details:

• Initially a 12-month contract, with potential for extension

Responsibilities:

1. Support rapidly evolving supply chain operations with diverse business needs
2. Manage large data volumes from legacy systems to generate meaningful reports
3. Create business recommendations and presentations to support project teams and drive organizational change
4. Perform data analysis to evaluate performance against strategic, operational, and budget plans
5. Identify growth drivers and trends within the business
6. Source, gather, and analyze data from multiple sources to inform reporting and provide detailed insights
7. Maintain and deliver regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) to operations and senior management

Requirements:

• Supply chain, Business, or Accounting designation (e.g., CPA)
• At least 2 years of experience presenting operational data analysis and recommendations to leadership
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion supply chain modules
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent Excel skills, including What-If analysis, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Compensation:

• $55-$65 per hour
