Join our team as a Business Analyst (Guidewire)!

You will play a key role in our Core Insurance Delivery team by gathering, clarifying, and translating business requirements to facilitate project implementation, software development, and platform configuration.

We encourage you to apply if you:

• Have experience with Guidewire applications.
• Possess knowledge of software development lifecycles and project delivery methods (e.g., agile, waterfall).
• Excel at eliciting, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements using tools like case diagrams, user stories, or process flows.
• Are proficient with platforms such as Jira and Azure.
• Have a solid understanding of core insurance concepts and principles.
• Possess effective communication skills to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Want to support SGI’s culture, expand your learning, and assist colleagues in their growth.

Typically, these skills are gained through a Four-year degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, Mathematics & Applied Science, or equivalent, along with three to five years of business analysis experience and a CBAP or similar certification.
