About the job :

The Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and evolve their business through Google's global network, web-scale data centers, and software infrastructure. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes using technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.

Annual Base Salary starting at CAD $51,000 with earning potential up to $73,950 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments.

Skills :

Schedule :

  • Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Location :

  • Candidates should be within travel distance from our primary location at Yonge & Eglinton.
  • Hybrid setup, with 4 weeks of product training on-site.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year experience in consultative selling, managing a customer portfolio, identifying needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Google products, including Google Cloud and Digital Media.
  • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound sales with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs with a strong sales attitude.
  • Knowledge of Google products and competitive landscape.
  • Technical ability with CRMs.

Responsibilities :

  • Product/service sales and upselling (inbound and outbound).
  • Make outbound calls/emails, engage decision-makers, assess needs, and close sales.
  • Explain Google products/solutions and their value to various businesses.
  • Execute prospecting campaigns to source and engage potential customers.
  • Lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation to deal closure.
  • Contribute to refining sales processes and best practices.
  • Upsell to existing customers and increase product usage.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues or route them appropriately.
