Job Description:

Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospects as well as identifying and generating qualified sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

This role is at the forefront of our revenue engine — driving pipeline by engaging high-potential prospects through outbound strategies, intent-based engagement, and automation.

We seek a data-driven, tech-savvy individual comfortable with modern sales tools, data interpretation, and personalized outreach using AI and automation.

If you are proactive, curious, and enjoy engaging with senior decision-makers and C-level executives, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, research, and prospect target accounts and decision-makers within the Insurance Industry in North America.
  • Capture, nurture, and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Engage with key decision-makers across target accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Use tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce, and AI personalization tools to optimize outreach.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to align messaging and insights.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets for meetings and pipeline opportunities.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.
  • Continuously test and improve strategies using A/B testing, analytics, and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in SDR/BDR roles, preferably with enterprise accounts and long sales cycles.
  • Tech-savvy with openness to AI tools for personalization and enrichment.
  • Strong passion for technology and tech sales.
  • Excellent researcher and listener, capable of identifying prospects’ needs.
  • Resilient: able to handle rejection and persist.
  • Excellent communication, highly organized, self-motivated, curious, eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ABM platforms.
  • Experience with AI-powered writing and personalization tools.
