The Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations and Management Reporting, will be responsible for the consolidated reporting activities of Oxford Properties Group. These include FP&A for budgets and forecasts, the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual results, submission to OMERS, preparation of internal reporting packages, executive presentations, and related reports and analysis.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask in a complex environment. Experience in the real estate industry involving consolidations and management reporting is preferred. Experience in a large organization with a complex legal entity structure is considered a strong asset.
