Position Overview:

As Talent and Business Operations Manager, Stores, you will oversee People and Operations at a specific Sephora store. Your responsibilities include staffing, training, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring store operations meet Sephora standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Champion: Conduct final interviews for key positions, utilize the applicant tracking system to source and hire candidates.
2. Training & Development: Manage store training programs, develop ongoing training strategies with Store Director and Education partners.
3. Performance Assessment & Development: Conduct performance reviews, manage performance situations, ensure timely feedback.
4. Operational Excellence: Lead store operations, manage inventory, ensure processes are completed per standards.
5. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controlling expenses.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
