Store Manager - Fairview Park Shopping Centre

Position Overview

The Store Manager leads the team to deliver exceptional customer service, manages store operations, and achieves key performance indicators. Responsibilities include team training, analyzing store reports, attracting and hiring engaged staff, partnering with optometrists, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring safety compliance.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with cash registers and computers
  • Ability to manage time effectively under deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent
  • State licensure and/or ABO Certification (if applicable)
  • LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification
  • Experience in customer service and retail
  • Knowledge of store merchandise and business acumen
