  • Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and customer data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the company’s ecommerce platforms and online storefronts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and professional development goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to enhance digital marketing efforts and technology solutions.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

About the Role:

The Ecommerce Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of online sales and marketing initiatives within the manufacturing sector, driving revenue growth and brand presence across digital platforms. This role is pivotal in integrating ecommerce strategies with traditional sales efforts to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall market penetration in Canada. The manager will oversee the end-to-end ecommerce sales cycle, including digital marketing campaigns, website optimization, and customer experience enhancements to maximize conversion rates. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product development, supply chain, and customer service is essential to ensure alignment and seamless execution of ecommerce objectives. Ultimately, this position aims to establish a robust online sales channel that complements the company’s manufacturing capabilities and supports long-term business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
