Job summary

Emergent BioSolutions Inc. in Winnipeg seeks an experienced e-commerce manager to own the nopCommerce environment, optimize product pages, navigation and conversions, and coordinate external developers. You will build dashboards, analyze GA4 data, and drive CRM/lead-management workflows to grow online revenue.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service, you will implement campaigns, measure impact across channels and continuously improve the online customer experience.

Qualifications

• B2B or B2C e-commerce management experience.
• nopCommerce strongly preferred.
• Experience with Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce or similar platforms.
• GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console proficiency.
• Technical and on-page SEO expertise.
• CRM and lead-management system experience.
• Conversion-rate optimization focus and dashboards.
• Experience with email and digital campaign attribution.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations or marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of our nopCommerce website environment and manage product pages, categories and content.
• Coordinate and manage external developers for changes requiring coding or deeper technical expertise.
• Improve navigation, search, landing pages, account registration and conversion.
• Build dashboards showing leads by source, quotations, quote value and e-commerce performance.
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to measure effectiveness of campaigns and improve follow-up and conversions.
