Job summary
Champion Petfoods LP is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Canada to lead and grow our digital commerce footprint across Canada from the Toronto area.
You will own the Canadian ecommerce roadmap end-to-end—covering strategy, account operations, catalogue onboarding, and performance management—while championing online growth, profitability, and brand integrity on Canadian platforms.
The role sits in Toronto (ON) and offers a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven ecommerce account management experience in Canada.
- Experience in retail media, performance marketing, and ROAS.
- P&L ownership or full commercial budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with strategic and tactical skills.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bilingual English/French is preferred.
- Experience in Pet, CPG, or premium consumer goods.
- Familiarity with CAD pricing and Canadian logistics.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the digital commerce strategy in Canada.
- Lead catalogue onboarding, data onboarding, and promotional go-live planning.
- Develop demand forecasts, inventory targets, and joint commercial plans.
- Drive digital shelf excellence, SEO, and content compliance.
- Plan and optimize retail media investments across platforms.
- Maintain pricing discipline and channel governance.
- Produce KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
