Role Summary
The E-Commerce Manager plays a pivotal role in planning and bringing our commercial strategy to life through our own ecommerce key customers and regional key customers with ecommerce channel. This role is responsible for building and ensuring a strong JBP and finding reciprocal business value and big business ideas from our ecommerce customers like Uber, DoorDash and Instacart. This role has a deep understanding of the online shopper, the online category and sales and pack sales trends to speak and influence customers on the benefit of bev alc online channel. This role supports our ecommerce marketing manager to build effective marketing campaigns, that is value to our customers and translating that activity to commercial results and value back to Labatt . This role leverages data-driven insights to refine and advance our ecommerce strategies and prioritize our budget and spend with the right customers- win the winners/customer prioritization.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead strong commercials relationship with owned ecommernce key accounts built on trust, hard work and mutual value exchange.
- Create and prioritize customer mix and apply the right resources to create commercial results and secure category captaincy.
- Use global scorecard to guide customer strategy and build JBP and calendar of JBP activity beyond our ecommerce marketing calendar.
- Lead the annual JBP process with each partner, the foundation of long-term relationships and securing first mover in the channel on new advancements.
- Monitor online sales performance, sales LE and forecasts, analyze data, and identify trends to continuously improve sales and share and validate customer relationships.
- Collaborate with sales regions to bring 1P/omnichannel activations to growth through global 9 levers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging eCommerce technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post secondary education
- Deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the Beverage Alcohol industry and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to online alcohol sales.
