Job summary

Canucks Sports & Entertainment (CSE) is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to drive the financial performance of Vanbase.ca. You will oversee onsite sales, merchandising, and campaigns, coordinating with Digital Marketing, Brand, Content, and Operations to support ecommerce projects and retail digital marketing.

The role combines strategic vision with tactical execution, aiming to optimize the online shopping experience and grow revenue across the Canucks, Warriors, Seattle Surge, and Rogers Arena

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years managing a significant ecommerce website.
• Strong knowledge of funnel optimization, UX, SEO and landing page optimization.
• Ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes, and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement vision and strategy for Vanbase.ca across Canucks brands.
• Coordinate regular product uploads, seasonal launches, and content merchandising.
• Monitor site health, performance, and SEO; manage Shopify apps and integrations.
• Track KPIs (conversion, CTR, bounce, sell-through) and prepare weekly leadership reports.
