Job summary

ANBL is seeking an eCommerce Coordinator to support daily operations of our digital shopping channel. You will work with Marketing, Merchandising and Store Ops to ensure a smooth customer journey and timely issue resolution.

Based in New Brunswick, you will assist with content, inquiries, order issues and campaign execution while helping prepare for 2027 eCommerce launch and ongoing operations post-launch. Bilingual English/French required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, retail operations, customer service, digital operations, marketing coordination or a related field.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to provide customer support in both French and English, including written and phone interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep day-to-day eCommerce activities running smoothly by coordinating with Marketing, Merchandising, Store Ops and other partners.
• Monitor B2C eCommerce customer support inbox and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Maintain issue logs and track progress through to resolution.
• Share insights from customer feedback to improve the website and processes.
• Coordinate digital execution of campaigns and support QA/testing of eCommerce functionality.
