ANBL, Alcool NB Liquor, is seeking a Talent Specialist to attract, assess, and hire talent across a diverse portfolio in New Brunswick. The role partners with leaders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position emphasizes experience with unionized and non-unionized roles, regular store visits, and building a strong employer brand to support current and future workforce needs.

Formación

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on high volume recruitment.
• Post-secondary education or certificate in Human Resources or a related field.
• Working knowledge of collective agreement language and its application to recruitment and hiring practices.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and able to operate with a sense of urgency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate efficiently with people at all levels and diverse backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation basics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer preparation.
• Partner with hiring leaders to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, career fairs, community partnerships, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in alignment with collective agreement provisions, organizational policies, and applicable employment legislation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring leaders to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and hiring documentation.
