Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an ECD Practitioner or in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of child development and play-based learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with the ECD curriculum.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
• Foster positive social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Manage classroom routines effectively, including transitions, mealtimes, and rest periods.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to support the center’s goals.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and staff training.
