Job Title: Sales Lead / Account Executive – ConTech SaaS

Location: United States – Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

A fast-growing company in the construction technology (ConTech) space is seeking a Sales Lead to take full ownership of a newly launched SaaS product. This high-impact role involves driving the go-to-market strategy, managing the entire sales cycle, and shaping the growth and positioning of a new offering within a high-potential vertical in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and execute the go-to-market strategy for a new ConTech SaaS product.
  2. Identify and build relationships with decision-makers at construction companies and related organizations.
  3. Manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound leads.
  4. Conduct sales conversations from prospecting and demos to objection handling and closing.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and leadership.
  6. Report on sales performance and refine outreach and messaging based on feedback.
  7. Help define ICP, pricing strategy, and positioning.
What You Bring:
  1. 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within construction tech or related verticals.
  2. Proven success with outbound sales strategy and full-cycle deal management.
  3. Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot for sales operations and reporting.
