We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst for our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Sales Ops best practices, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, assessing pipeline health, optimizing Salesforce workflows, and enhancing CRM to improve forecasting and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement :
  • Analyze sales trends, pipeline health, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Issue license keys to ensure customer system stability.
  • Prepare and report analytics and dashboards to support operational needs.
  • Support regional pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to resolve order, pricing, or contract discrepancies.
  • Document system processes, business rules, and configurations.
  • CRM and Data Management :
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper document storage.
  • Assist sales with order booking, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support order processing workflows, approvals, and documentation.
  • Perform data audits and cleansing activities to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for insights.
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and training for Salesforce users.
  • Business Partnering and Cross-Functional Support :
  • Partner with marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Work with sales to ensure proper CRM opportunity management and governance.
  • Assist in implementing new Salesforce features and enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to system improvements.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (required); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
