As a Senior Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

1. Work with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, collaborate on process models, analyze data needs, assist in evaluating solutions, and ensure testing against requirements.
2. Collaborate within the Business Transformation team and with colleagues across the firm, including the Technology team and subject matter experts, to document requirements and assist in developing project plans and business cases.
3. Facilitate workshops with business and technical colleagues to gather technical requirements.
4. Manage prioritization of requirements for system changes.
5. Oversee data mapping for application integration activities.
6. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and cross-functional team members.
7. Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff.

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Senior Business Analyst? Here are some qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• Diploma/Degree in business administration, computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPMN)
• Experience with UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Microsoft D365 experience (Marketing, CRM, Project Operations, Finance & Operations modules)
• Certifications like CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI, Systems Integration
