You will join the TFM Trading Technology team, working with traders, investment professionals, and operations staff to design and implement trading solutions. The role involves gathering detailed requirements and providing solutions iteratively.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support operational and project management for technology initiatives, analyze business needs, and communicate requirements effectively to the tech team.

Accountabilities:

1. Facilitate requirements gathering, document, validate, and develop system specifications.
2. Collaborate with developers and business experts to brainstorm and evaluate innovative solutions.
3. Participate in process design, identify efficiencies, and leverage digital resources.
4. Conduct process walkthroughs, document risks, controls, and business continuity plans.
5. Investigate system and business issues, determine root causes, and deliver solutions.
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation, generate reports, and communicate project status.
7. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Process development skills and understanding of project lifecycle
• Ability to gather and liaise with business requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban, JIRA, Confluence
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with traders and investment professionals is a plus
