Responsibilities:

1. Gather customer expectations and requirements
2. Write user stories and acceptance criteria using Behavioral Driven Development
3. Ensure best practices are followed and utilized
4. Understand the impact of technology on the business and users
5. Produce high-quality deliverables and meet deadlines
6. Review UI/UX designs
7. Create and review specifications (user stories)
8. Gather business requirements through user stories, prototyping, etc.
9. Analyze current business processes, identify gaps and improvements
10. Design future business processes and perform impact & feasibility analyses
11. Experience in Capital Markets and/or Real Estate domains is preferred

Mandatory Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects
• Experience with web solution design (REST API, microservices)
• Good understanding of Agile (SCRUM)
• Requirements elicitation techniques: workshops, document analysis, interviews
• Requirements documentation: User Stories, SRS
• Calm, proactive, pragmatic mindset
• Experience with data visualization tools and UML
