Overview

Netcompany is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our Public Sector solutions business within key markets. You will leverage your established network, sharp market insights, and exceptional communication skills to identify, cultivate, and close significant opportunities within Public Sector Institutions. As a key representative of Netcompany, you will be instrumental in forging long-term strategic relationships with clients and partners, directly contributing to our ambitious business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute a robust sales strategy tailored for the French and Swiss Public Sector, leveraging your understanding of local market dynamics and Netcompany's capabilities.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture a pipeline of Public Sector leads; drive direct sales opportunities throughout their lifecycle.
  • Build and cultivate impactful local partnerships and channel relationships to expand Netcompany's reach and drive sales success.
  • Market the product and solutions portfolio, including: 1. Custom and Taxation applications, 2. Software Development activities, 3. IT Consulting & Systems Integration.
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 8 years of successful experience in sales or business development within the Public Sector IT market in France or Switzerland.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the French/Swiss Public Sector.
  • Strong headhunting skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to develop effective solutions for challenges.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is advantageous.
