An established industry player in dental medicine is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales and foster strategic relationships across France. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with distribution partners, implement marketing activities, and ensure a strong presence at trade fairs. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales within the dental field, possess excellent communication skills, and be a self-starter willing to travel extensively.   • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Located in France, acting from Home Office

Responsible for:

·Driving the sales and brand across the country

·Establishing and advancing strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders

·On-going market and competition analysis and surveillance

·Identifying, recruiting, training, and sustaining new distribution partners

·Creating and maintaining mutually profitable and strategic business relationships with distribution partners

·Guiding distributors in their sales efforts

·Supporting and operating an on-going Product / Sales Trainings for Distribution partners and their Sales Representatives

·Implementation and Execution of Marketing activities and Sales campaigns

·Ensuring Kettenbach Dental presence at Exhibitions and Trade fairs

·Increasing educational activities in cooperation with trade partners

·Co-travelling with distributors’ Sales Representatives

·Identifying and establishing a direct contact and support to the Key Accounts

·Executing the effective launch of new products

· Regular reporting to headquarters and regular, close communication with the line manager

Your Profile:

·Bachelor’s degree science, marketing, business, or related field

·Dental background/education would be an asset

·Minimum 5 years’ successful sales experience in dental field

·Self-starter, able to travel > 50% of the time

·Acts with a high degree of integrity

·Proven communication and presentation skills

·Fluent English (written, spoken)

·Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
