Position Description

The Training Manager, reporting to the Senior Training Manager, is responsible for planning and executing training and development strategies to motivate employees and help them reach their potential. You will work with a team of Training Officers to implement training modules and talent development initiatives aligned with the company’s HR objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in store operations to understand training needs, including drink preparation, order taking, and delivering customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs for store operations, aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead a team of Training Officers, delegating tasks and overseeing the creation of training materials.
  • Use editing tools like Canva and Adobe Illustrator to create engaging training content, including videos for onboarding and new product launches.
  • Promote RFBT’s brand values through training activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, trainers, and management.
  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant legislation.
  • Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
  • Provide real-time training during store operations, assisting with drink prep and customer service.

  • Familiarity with modern training processes and trends.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
