The RFBR Series Training Manager reports to the Training Director and is responsible for delivering and maintaining Series-specific training, overseeing the technical training group, and ensuring training materials meet project requirements. The role involves collaboration with various project teams, managing training schedules, resources, and evaluations, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Candidates should have an understanding of construction trades jurisdiction and union agreements, and experience working in a construction trades environment.
