As an Inside Sales Professional, you are at the heart of our business. Our clients require real time support, and call us every day. To maintain our unmatched level of service in the lighting industry, your goal in this position is to successfully service every client account with quality, efficiency, and build great customer relationships. We need someone with a strong sales focus but who also enjoys the mix of getting your hands dirty with operational tasks. Your thorough knowledge and understanding of our products and services will let you make great recommendations to every customer, and build trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service incoming phone & walk-in inquiries regarding CLP products
  • Secure sales orders by telephone sales and email correspondence
  • Support purchase order & back order processes to complete operational functions
  • Create a great first impression to our customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Partner with our experienced sales team to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Maintain active engagement with new & existing leads through follow-up & increase interest in other CLP products & services
  • Office Management - administrative duties and organizing / scheduling key events, ordering suplies etc.

Qualifications

  • Charming, dynamic, and positive attitude are a must
  • Keys to success : strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and organization.
  • Team player, independent yet supportive
  • Completion of University degree or College diploma preferred
  • Successful track record with 2+ years of sales
  • Account management an asset
  • Proficiency in CRM use, Microsoft office – word and excel

Compensation Package

Competitive base salary with performance based bonuses
