Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Eastern Canada, the Regional Coach / Regional Manager will oversee, provide leadership, and coach a group of optometry practices in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland.

We prefer candidates located in Moncton, New Brunswick.

What Will You Be Doing?

1. Contributing to high-quality patient experiences across retail, manufacturing/lab, and doctor services to achieve organizational goals.
2. Preparing the organization for quality improvement through team building, communication, meeting facilitation, and leadership coaching.
3. Providing on-the-job training and guidance, delivering constructive feedback promptly.
4. Analyzing financial data of practices and recommending improvements for retail and profitability.
5. Ensuring consistent campaigns and brand messaging across all engagement points.
6. Coaching practices to improve operations and utilize data for assessing activities.
7. Supporting practices in change management by setting goals, strategizing, and problem-solving.
8. Driving regional growth and revenue.

Qualifications of the Successful Candidate

• At least five years' experience managing retail or hospitality teams across multiple locations.
• At least four years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Business diploma or degree preferred.
• Strong coaching, team building, and personnel development skills.
• Ability to set goals, establish accountability, and foster a positive work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel weekly within the region.
