eBusiness Help Desk Analyst I (Co-op Positions) Business Technology Services – Help Desk Services Edmonton, AB Temporary, Full-time Positions (4 months, with a possible extension to 8 months)
Are you passionate about customer service and technology? Join our eBusiness Support team as an eBusiness Help Desk Analyst during the busy annual return season. In this temporary role, you will provide front-line support to external users of WCB systems in a help desk environment. Providing telephone support, troubleshooting, and marketing of e-business systems are key components of this position.
SALARY: $54,476.00 per annum ($4,539.67 per month)
