Your contribution!

The System Administrator will be responsible for the smooth operation and development of the company's systems.

• Participates in the development of infrastructure architecture;
• Analyzes IT equipment performance and security, and addresses recurring issues;
• Configures and installs servers and server software;
• Maintains documentation and procedures;
• Provides Level 2 and 3 support to ensure server security, integrity, and performance;
• Assists the call centre technical team in escalating problem resolution;
• Works with support teams to monitor their operational work and intervene when necessary;
• Participates in implementing best practices and improving the environment to ensure availability;
• Participates in infrastructure development projects and the implementation of new technologies.
• University degree in computer science or college diploma with related experience;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in network management;
• Extensive knowledge of concepts, technologies, and products related to systems such as virtual and cloud (hybrid mode);
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to collaborate with operations and construction teams;
• Risk management awareness and cybersecurity implementation experience;
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend work;
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
• Bilingualism required for collaboration with stakeholders outside Quebec.
