Job description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing for commercial and public sector positions. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, assist callers with products, process-related inquiries, and professionally represent some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

What does a Work-At-Home Contact Center Representative do?

This position supports customer service, technical support, and sales interactions. You will interact with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve issues, promote products, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You should be confident, engaged, a team player, and bring a positive attitude each day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues
  • Using systems and technology for account management
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills
  • Explaining products and processes
  • Escalating dissatisfaction appropriately
  • Ensuring first call resolution through problem solving
