Role Overview

We are seeking customer service, help desk, technical support, and sales representatives to support inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist with product and service modifications. You will interact with hundreds of customers weekly to resolve support issues, promote new products, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Additional Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the country.
  • Willing to undergo background/security checks and drug screening (not in Canada).
