As an RBC Financial Planner, you will manage and grow a portfolio of mass affluent clients. You will provide ongoing comprehensive reviews of their financial circumstances, building long-term relationships through expert advice, financial planning, and ongoing service. Your energy and passion for holistic financial planning will drive you to deliver world-class advice and solutions that help clients achieve their goals. With a base salary plus variable compensation, you can shape your future and that of your clients.

What will you do?

• Provide tailored financial planning advice to help clients reach their goals, utilizing our investment, credit, and banking solutions.
• Maintain and expand your client portfolio through relationship management and performance achievement.
• Build relationships with service partners and local markets to maximize opportunities and referrals.

What do you need to succeed?

• Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC).
• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning.
• Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
• Ability to develop a robust referral network.
