Take your career to the next level by helping others achieve their financial goals. We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical individual to join our team. As part of our team of Financial Advisors, your goal will be to assist clients in reaching their financial objectives.

Role of a Financial Planner

After completing our Career Development Program (CDP) and obtaining necessary licenses and registrations, your typical responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
  2. Gathering client information to build comprehensive financial plans
  3. Assisting clients in preparing for retirement
  4. Preparing and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations
Training and Qualifications

No prior industry experience is required due to our comprehensive training program, though previous exposure is a plus. Candidates should be self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Additional Details

The path begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, covering licensing costs. Successful completion may lead to part-time employment with an initial pay of $15/hour or higher, depending on your location. Progression to full-time status offers commissions and bonuses, with average earnings of $50,000 to $75,000 in the first year. Benefits include a 401(k), insurance plans, and paid leave options.
