Job Title : Marketing, Associate Manager (Contract)

About the Role

You’ll be joining the Going Out team, which focuses on building in-person connections between Merchants and Consumers by driving in-store sales. This team is relatively new, providing a great opportunity to shape strategy and build with us. The success of Going Out depends on reaching customers, communicating the program's value, and matching them to the right restaurants. As a Marketing Associate Manager (Contract), you will support marketing efforts with merchant partners to enhance engagement, grow traffic, and increase conversion for our product.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Create merchant campaigns across the customer lifecycle to support adoption and retention of the Going Out product
  • Manage the development and execution of marketing strategies, including creative reviews, collaborating with designers and copywriters, targeting audience segments, and gathering stakeholder feedback
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as Integrated Marketing (PMM), Product, Operations, and Analytics
  • Develop and monitor merchant strategies, including sales materials and new partnership opportunities
  • Analyze results, establish benchmarks, and prepare performance reports

  • Hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
