Job summary

Syngenta Canada is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Eastern Ontario, covering the Bowmanville to Quebec border region. You will implement brand strategy, support reseller sales teams, and drive NK/Enogen campaigns with channel partners.

The role requires 2+ years in agronomic sales, a degree in Agriculture, strong relationship-building, and willingness to travel 50-60% within Eastern Ontario. Remote work is possible within the area, with English fluency and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

2+ years of agronomic sales experience within agriculture, agribusiness, or a related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field, or equivalent agriculture industry experience.
Strong understanding of farming operations, crop production, and grower needs.

Responsibilities

Implement the NK Brand strategy with customers and within Syngenta to deliver core objectives: Differentiate, Innovate, Outperform, and Leverage.
Support and develop the NK / Enogen Brand reseller’s sales organizations while maximizing profitable net growth for the business.
Deliver NK / Enogen seed brand campaigns and offers to targeted customers through channel partners.
Act as a steward of the NK / Enogen seed portfolio through sound agronomic product placement recommendations while managing in-field concerns with Agronomist.
Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within the territory and sales area.
Develop a profound understanding of customer needs via consultative selling, recognized expertise, and trust with customers.
