Qualifications

• Bilingual – Advanced proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to drive sales growth through strategic account management and market development.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, referral networks, and patient access dynamics.
• Experience in cardiology is valued.
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate insights into growth strategies.
• Experience influencing diverse stakeholders including clinicians, administrators, executives.
• Strong business acumen with data interpretation and revenue growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans delivering sales growth and regional objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient referrals, therapy adoption, and procedural volumes.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Drive adoption of THV therapies by aligning clinical value with economic considerations.
• Lead stakeholder mapping and account strategy to influence key decision-makers.
• Partner with customers to optimize patient pathways and reduce barriers to care.
• Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities and accelerate performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Public Affairs and Leadership teams.
• Develop compelling value-based business cases for stakeholders.
