Job summary

Mattr, a leader in advanced material technologies, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Canada. The role focuses on growing Shawflex across the region, expanding market presence, and strengthening channel partnerships.

You will drive specifications, manage distributors, and build long-term customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams to meet growth targets. Remote work within Eastern Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• College diploma required; university degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales/marketing experience; 3–7 years preferred.
• Experience in wire and cable or similar technical markets.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Grow profitable sales across Eastern Canada by building relationships with end users, firms, EPCs, contractors, OEMs, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Drive product specifications through visits, meetings, and technical selling activities.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans and channel strategies to meet growth objectives.
• Manage customer accounts and opportunities from qualification through quote and order.
• Lead distributor and Sales Agent relationships with training and joint activities.
