Job summary

Nexans USA Inc. in Canada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Central Region to drive sales strategies and develop key customer partnerships across Central Canada.

You will report to the National Sales Director and lead high‑impact opportunities with contractors and distributors. The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing sales, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Engineering, strong negotiation and analytics, and a track record of growing share of wallet.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years sales experience in manufacturing (cable industry a plus).
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing key accounts and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans for Central Canada.
• Define account strategies and grow revenue.
• Maintain relationships with contractors and distributors.
• Prepare commercial proposals and manage pricing.
• Build a strong pipeline and pursue new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering.
