Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics/dispatching.
• Proficiency with transport software including Magnus, Super Dispatch, Transnet and MIR.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch mailbox and ensure quick follow-up.
• Add/remove units in dispatch system and update loading authorizations.
• Coordinate with external carriers and arrange driver hotel bookings.
• Update dock locations (GM, CN, Honda) and report on operations.
• It is a decision support tool for HR management and ensures data accuracy.
