Indigo is seeking an operations-oriented team member to support store activities from early morning to evenings. You will help stock, merchandise, assist customers, and uphold our culture of adding joy.

The role emphasizes welcoming customers, telling stories about products, and collaborating with leadership to meet annual goals. Strong flexibility and bilingual ability are required, with availability for varied shifts including mornings and nights.

Qualifications

• Available to support daily operations before or after store closes (5am or 10pm start).
• Experience in specialty retail or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to learn new things.
• Commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings.
• Bilingualism (French/English) required for Québec; others an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products, and process incoming store merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store.
• Align with Store leadership on goals for the fiscal year.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.
• Engage and connect with our customers on the floor.
• Share ideas with Leadership Team on improving employee and customer experience.
