Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Seasonal - Operations Customer Experience Representative to support our stores across Canada. This part-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining organized product displays.

You will engage with customers, tell stories about products, and help curate collections while following health and safety guidelines and contributing to a joyful shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail environments preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift items and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual French/English is required for Québec; other languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before and after closing (10 PM start time).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and replenish stock to maintain shelves.
• Process returns and receive store merchandise using merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and engage customers on the floor.
• Curate product collections for customers and share product stories to drive sales.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and respond to customer feedback promptly.
