Job summary

Summit Start Cityscape in Calgary, AB is hiring an Early Childhood Educator (Level 2/3) for the evening shift. The role requires Alberta Level 2/3 certification, strong English communication, and the ability to create engaging, safe programs for children.

You'll work weekdays evenings from 3:15 pm to 12:15 am, be a brand ambassador for the centre, and participate in ongoing professional development while ensuring a hygienic and compliant learning environment.

Qualifications

• Alberta Childcare Level 2 or 3 Certification is required.
• Shifts start in the afternoon at 3:15 pm and run until 12:15 am.
• Valid Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C.
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector within the last 6 months.
• English language proficiency (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Alberta Childcare Level 2 or 3 Certification. (We are only hiring Level 2/3 candidates for this position)
• Comfortable with shifts starting in the afternoon at 3.15 pm and continuing until 12.15 am.
• Great personality and lots of energy - You'll need it!
• Valid Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C Certification.
• Clear & Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector obtained within the last 6 months.
• Ability to work exceptionally well in teams
• Excellent verbal and written skills (English)
