Job summary

BrightPath Kids Inc invites applications for a full-time Preschool Classroom role at Sage Hill, AB. You will develop and implement programs aligned with BrightPath’s curriculum to support children's development, while maintaining a safe environment and communicating progress to parents.

Qualifications

• ECE Level 3 Certification or B.Ed./Equivalent required.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Current immunization and health assessment as per local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a program aligned with BrightPath curriculum that supports child development.
• Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment.
• Assess abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and staff.
• Establish collaborative relationships with coworkers, management and families.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
