As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will leverage your insurance expertise to ensure customers have appropriate coverage. You will build a client base through prospecting, market research, and networking. This role offers a hybrid work environment.

Typical Daily Responsibilities :

• Support customers by recommending suitable products and services.
• Foster customer retention through relationship building and quality service.
• Navigate multiple online portals for customer applications.
• Quote new business via outbound calls and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with Underwriters to meet guidelines.
• Upsell and cross-sell across all lines of business.
• Serve as liaison between clients and insurance partners.
• Engage in ongoing industry and community development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• General Insurance Level 2 License.
• Experience in customer service.
• Professional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Experience managing a book of business or similar.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Passion for helping others, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Location : Kelowna, BC.

Compensation : Guaranteed income plus commission (50% on new business, 30% on renewals).
