Our Digital Sales Team is Western’s fastest growing sales channel, utilizing internal leads to drive organic growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sales calls for new online leads provided by the business.
2. Upsell & cross-sell across all insurance products.
3. Match client needs with appropriate insurance offerings.

Qualifications:

• Level 1 License required.
• At least 1 year of selling insurance, personal lines products preferred.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and exceeding targets. Your creativity, communication skills, persistence, and adaptability will be key to your success.

Details:

Hours: Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours/week, operating Monday to Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm MST, with rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 4:30pm MST, and occasional holidays 9:00am - 5:00pm MST.

Location: Remote in Alberta, Canada.

Salary: Salary plus New Business Commission.
