Insurance Sales Producer

Our Digital Sales Team is Western’s fastest growing sales channel, which uses internal leads to drive organic growth.

To succeed you will…

1. Conduct sales calls for new online leads provided by the Business.
2. Upsell & cross-sell insurance products during customer interactions.
3. Match client needs with insurance company offerings.

What You Already Have…

• Level 1 License required.
• 1+ years of selling insurance, personal lines products preferred.

Hours: Full Time, Permanent. 37.5 hours/week within Digital Sales team hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm (MST), rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 4:30pm (MST), and occasionally Statutory Holidays 9:00am - 5:00pm (MST).

Location: Remote in Ontario, Canada.

Salary Range: Salary + New Business Commission.
