Job Description for Sales Executive at Suncor

As a Sales Executive, you will grow the Eastern region SuperPass commercial fleet program through Petro-Canada Retail and Wholesale channels by uncovering and processing new sales opportunities.

You will guide, serve, and develop your accounts to deliver strong and sustainable growth within your portfolio.

Minimum Requirements:
  • One to five years of sales experience involving target achievement and relationship fostering via phone or email
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with professional communication skills in both languages
  • Advanced negotiation skills to influence decisions and build credibility
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • A self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP/CCS, and Power BI
Responsibilities:
  • Generate, process, and develop a customer base of approximately 1,000-2,000 accounts annually for Petro-Canada cardlock and retail networks
  • Prepare pricing proposals, and conduct competitive pricing and promotion comparisons
  • Demonstrate SuperPass online functionality
  • Provide exceptional customer service with an empathetic and solutions-oriented approach
  • Perform monthly portfolio reviews and analyses to support strategic planning and growth targets
  • Optimize your sales funnel to shorten sales cycles
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve processes and drive sales growth
Location and Other Details:

You will work from our Montréal office at 11701 Sherbrooke Street East or our Calgary head office at 150 – 6th Ave S.W. Hours are a standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with potential for extended hours. Light travel may be required for tradeshows, promotions, and conferences. We offer a Hybrid Work Model combining office-based and remote work options.
