Job description

Job Title: Centre Coordinator at Scholars Education Centre Mississauga

You are excellent at managing operations, love the education environment, understand the sales process, and are adept at closing deals! You enjoy mentoring students, are comfortable speaking with parents and teachers, and thrive in a team environment. Primary Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Centre Director in managing daily operations, including billing, collections, sales processes, curriculum, internal marketing, and scheduling.
  2. Lead the sales process for new enrollments, handle initial inquiries, consultations, and conferences with parents.
  3. Achieve targets related to Centre performance, revenue, expenses, and fee collection as outlined in the Scholars Business and Execution Plan.
  4. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, educational specialists, school administrators, parent/teacher organizations, case managers, and community contacts.
  5. Uphold staff morale and ensure the professional appearance of the Centre.
  6. Contribute to Centre profitability by managing staffing levels and schedules within the labor budget.
  7. Oversee staff adherence to educational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service, supported by post-secondary education.
  2. Excellent verbal communication, persuasive skills, and relationship-building abilities.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  4. Passion for working with learners of all ages and demographics, with a genuine interest in student success. Professional, enthusiastic, flexible, and energetic.
  5. Personal responsibility for understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.

This position requires availability during weeknights/evenings and Saturday mornings.
